The Problem

AI Gets You 80% There. The Last 20% Breaks Everything.

You add one feature and something else breaks. A fix you thought would take an afternoon takes three weeks. And somewhere in week four, you quietly close the tab — 90% done, never shipped.

The Vibecoding Route

Guess. Prompt. Hope.

  • Works in testing. Fails when your business depends on it.
  • Add one feature, break two others.
  • A 2-hour fix turns into a 2-week spiral.
  • You built it but you can't explain how it works.
  • You're 90% done and too burnt out to finish.
The Bootcamp Route

Blueprint. Build. Own.

  • Built to run your business operations from day one.
  • Every part is structured so changes don't break what works.
  • You know exactly where to look when something needs fixing.
  • You built it — and you can explain every part of it.
  • You ship on Graduation Day — in front of everyone.

The Goal

You aren't just making an app. You're building the engine that runs your business.

The Shift

Stop renting.
Start owning.

In the age of AI, the tools running your business shouldn't belong to someone else. When they raise prices, you pay. When they shut down, you scramble. That's not ownership — that's dependency.

The Old Way — Renting

  • You pay every month whether you use it or not
  • Add a team member, pay more — forever
  • They raise prices, you have no choice but to follow
  • They shut down, you scramble to replace everything
  • They change features, you adapt — whether you like it or not

The New Way — Ownership

  • Build it once. It runs forever
  • Add unlimited staff. The cost never changes
  • You set the rules. No one can raise your bill
  • You own the code. It goes nowhere
  • You control every feature, forever

The Deal

It's Free.
If You Do The Work.

The $500 isn't a fee — it's a bet on yourself. Show up every day, build your tool, and it comes straight back to you after you graduate. We designed it this way because the people who show up are the ones who ship.

Your Facilitator

15 years building software
and the teams behind it.

In 2014, Talha joined a 52-person New York startup, remotely, long before remote work was a thing. That company became a billion-dollar business.

He went on to co-found Remotebase as CTO, scaling to 120+ people across 6 countries with 85,000+ vetted engineers on the platform, connecting top talent with Silicon Valley companies.

Today he's an Antler-backed founder building Founding.dev out of San Francisco — helping small businesses replace expensive SaaS with software they actually own. He's also a Forbes Technology Council member, a CodePath mentor, and the host of Unhinged AI on X Spaces.

Questions

Before you apply.

We don't guess. When you apply, our onboarding form captures the exact tools you use for your business. We review every application to make sure what you want to build is realistic for the bootcamp. We're not accepting generic tool ideas. We're looking for real SaaS you're paying for, or something you've already tried to vibecode and hit a wall with.

Yes. BYOT — Bring Your Own Tool. It doesn't matter what the tool is. Our job is to make sure you have a solid foundation, show you how to enforce it, clear the blockers, and give you a repeatable model you can use long after the bootcamp ends.

Our technical lead has 15 years of experience in engineering and IT. He ensures you're building in line with best practice and the necessary guardrails. Beyond the bootcamp, we're building a community where you can get ongoing compliance and security checks when you need them. Because that stuff isn't a one-time thing.

That's exactly who this is for. Most non-technical founders hit a wall because they don't have the foundation to enforce quality or debug when things break. We show you how to clear those blockers so you're not stuck in a loop of prompting and praying.

It depends entirely on what you're replacing. Our onboarding form helps us figure that out with you upfront. But our clients have seen up to 70% guaranteed cost reduction on tools like e-signatures, HR platforms, and internal workflow software. The math usually speaks for itself.

Yes. The bootcamp itself is free. You put down a $500 commitment deposit to reserve your spot. Show up every day, build your tool, and it comes straight back to you after you graduate. We designed it this way because the people who show up are the ones who ship.

You walk away with a working tool and a repeatable process. We're also building a community where you can get ongoing support, ask questions, and get compliance or security checks when you need them. This isn't a one-and-done.
